Fro's Lucky Rides provides private, flat-rate transportation services in the Topeka, Kansas area and surrounding regions. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms.
All rides are by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us by phone or text. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
Fares are quoted at time of booking. The base fare is $80 for a round trip with one rider. Additional riders are $5 each. Longer-distance or special routes may require a custom quote. Quoted fares do not include tips.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. We understand plans change and will accommodate where possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.
No smoking is permitted in any vehicle. Respectful behavior is required. We reserve the right to end any ride at our discretion. Cleaning fees of up to $150 may be charged for spills, sickness, or damage.
Fro's Lucky Rides carries appropriate vehicle insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Riders travel at their own risk.
Fro's Lucky Rides partners are independent operators who have licensed the use of the brand and systems. Partner operators are responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
